These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern the relationship between RS222 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("User", "you", "your") who accesses, registers on, or uses any service provided through the RS222 platform accessible at rs222.cam. By creating an account or using any feature of RS222, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
RS222 is an online gambling and sports betting platform operated under applicable international licensing terms. It does not hold or claim any licence issued by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, or any provincial regulatory authority. To register and maintain an account on RS222, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the Platform:
Each User is permitted to hold one (1) account on RS222. Duplicate accounts are prohibited. Where multiple accounts are detected on the same device, IP address, household, payment method, or identity, the Operator reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close all associated accounts and void any associated bonus balances or winnings obtained through duplicated accounts.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information at the time of registration and update it promptly if any information changes. Providing false, misleading, or third-party information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any other person. RS222 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate credential security. Notify support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation.
Account currency options are set at the time of registration and may not be changed thereafter. Where PKR (Pakistani Rupee) is available as a display currency, it is provided as a user-facing convenience. Actual transaction processing currency may vary depending on the payment method used. Users should confirm currency handling in the cashier prior to depositing.
RS222 is required to verify the identity of its users in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations. KYC verification may be requested at any point, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or when account activity triggers a review. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable time of request may result in suspension of deposit and withdrawal functionality.
Deposits must be made using payment methods listed as available in the live cashier at the time of transaction. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by method and may change without prior notice. Withdrawal requests may only be submitted once KYC verification has been successfully completed. Withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for deposit, subject to applicable limits and method availability. Processing times vary by method and are not guaranteed. Pending withdrawal requests may be reviewed and delayed if triggered by compliance or fraud screening.
An account is considered dormant where there has been no login activity for a continuous period as defined in the Operator's dormant account policy. Dormant account handling, including any applicable administrative fees, is governed by that policy and will be communicated to users in advance. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of the Operator.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RS222 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including losses resulting from:

Users who apply for self-exclusion will have their accounts restricted for the duration of the exclusion period. Either party may terminate the account relationship at any time. Users may close their account by contacting customer support. RS222 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:
Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining in a non-suspended account will be returned to the account holder via the original deposit method, subject to completion of KYC and satisfaction of any outstanding wagering obligations. Bonus balances and related winnings are forfeited on account closure unless otherwise required by the applicable licence terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator is licensed. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitral bodies in that jurisdiction, except where mandatory local consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
RS222 does not claim to operate under Pakistani law or accept the jurisdiction of Pakistani courts with respect to platform operations. Users in Pakistan access the Platform at their own legal risk. RS222 strongly advises all users, particularly those in Pakistan, to obtain independent legal advice regarding the legality of online gambling in their jurisdiction before registering.
RS222 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, reasonable advance notice will be provided via in-platform notification, email to the registered address, or both. Non-material clarifications and formatting corrections may be made without notice.
The version of these Terms in force at the time of a disputed transaction or activity shall govern that dispute. The date of the most recent revision is shown at the top of this page.
